Find your username

If you can鈥檛 remember your 含羞草传媒 username, there are a few ways to find it:

Your username is usually your first name and last name with a dot in between, followed by @studytafensw.edu.au (or tafensw.edu.au if you鈥檙e a staff member). It may include a number, for example michael.citizen2@studytafe.nsw.edu.au
If you don鈥檛 know your 含羞草传媒 email address, you could look for the email we sent to your personal email account with your username when you first applied.
Otherwise, follow the steps on this page to look it up.

Before you start

You鈥檒l need access to the personal email account you used to set up your TAFE account. We鈥檒l send you an email confirming your username to this account.

Step 1

Go to the 含羞草传媒 login page:

Select the 鈥楩orgot username鈥� link.

Step 2

Enter the personal email address you used to set up your TAFE account.

Check that you鈥檝e entered your email correctly.

Select 鈥楥ontinue鈥�. 听

Step 3

Open the personal email account you used to set up your 含羞草传媒 account. You鈥檒l get an email from us with your username.听听

If you can鈥檛 see an email from us:

it may be in your spam folder
you may have used the wrong email address (if you have more than one personal email account)听
you may have mistyped the right email address.

Step 4

Go to the and log in with your username.听

If you鈥檝e forgotten your password, you can reset your password.
